π How to Request a Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Weβll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund β no return required in most cases.
